1. SMS Communications Program
Fibi Inc. ("Fibi," "we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to provide updates about your service request status. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Fibi Inc. at the phone number you provide.
SMS messages may include:
- Confirmation that your request has been received
- Updates on provider research and available options
- Follow-up messages regarding your service inquiry
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
2. Message Frequency
You may receive 1–5 SMS messages per service request. Message frequency depends on the status and complexity of your inquiry. We do not send marketing blasts or promotional messages.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Fibi Inc.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Fibi Inc. is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Information collected through the SMS program is limited to your phone number, opt-in status, and message history with Fibi Inc.
