About Fibi
Fibi is a technology advisory firm that helps businesses find the right internet, voice, and connectivity solutions — without the sales pressure. We work for you, not the carriers.
Important distinctions
Not a carrier
Fibi is not owned by or affiliated with any telecom carrier or payment processor.
Not an affiliate
We earn equal compensation regardless of which provider you choose — no hidden preference.
Not a reseller
You contract directly with the provider at carrier rates. We never mark up services.
No quotas
We have no volume targets or incentives tied to any specific provider. Our only incentive is your outcome.
Our Mission
Large enterprises have dedicated procurement teams and legal staff to negotiate carrier contracts. Small and mid-sized businesses don't — and carriers know it.
Fibi exists to give every business access to the same expertise, pricing leverage, and carrier relationships that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.
Our advisory service is free to clients — we earn a commission from carriers only after you sign and are satisfied. That means our incentive is always your best outcome.
Carrier-Agnostic
We are not owned by any carrier and receive equal compensation regardless of which you choose. Our recommendation is based purely on fit.
Your Advocate
We represent you in negotiations, escalate service issues, and remain your point of contact for the life of the contract.
Network Access
Our partner network gives us access to 300+ carriers, enterprise pricing tiers, and expedited provisioning unavailable through direct channels.
Results-Driven
Our compensation is tied to your satisfaction. We have every incentive to find you the best price, speed, and support — not the most expensive option.
Our Model
Unlike going direct to a carrier — where a sales rep represents one company — Fibi represents you across the entire market.
Tell us your locations, current services, contract dates, and what's not working. 15-minute call or a quick form.
We run your requirements past our full carrier network — 300+ providers — and return a side-by-side comparison within 24 hours.
No pressure, no clock. We present options, answer questions, and execute whichever path you choose. Then we stay on as your account team.

Founded by
Founder · Fibi
I started Fibi because I kept seeing the same problem: businesses were overpaying for telecom services — not because better options didn't exist, but because navigating carrier contracts, comparing real pricing, and knowing what to ask for is genuinely difficult without industry knowledge.
Most businesses go directly to a carrier rep, hear one set of numbers, and sign. They have no way to know if that's the best deal — or even a fair one. I wanted to change that.
At Fibi, I work personally with every client. That means you're not passed to an account manager after the sale — I'm the one reviewing your invoices, running the market comparison, and staying on the line when something goes wrong with a provider. Every client I work with knows exactly who to call.
Fibi is based in North Hollywood, CA and serves businesses across all 50 states.
Advisory scope
Fibi covers both connectivity and payment advisory — the two highest recurring costs most small businesses rarely optimize.
Business internet, dedicated fiber, SD-WAN, UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP trunking, MPLS, managed WiFi, IoT, structured cabling, and colocation. We source across 300+ carriers nationwide.
Merchant services advisory covering interchange-plus pricing, Cash Discount programs, free terminal placement, and payment gateway optimization for qualifying businesses.
Our criteria
Every recommendation we make goes through the same evaluation framework — regardless of which provider it favors.
Coverage & infrastructure
We verify actual on-net fiber availability at your address — not just marketing territory. Provider coverage maps are often optimistic.
Pricing transparency
We compare net effective rates including installation fees, equipment costs, and contract escalators — not just the headline monthly number.
SLA & uptime commitments
We read the actual SLA — not the summary. Mean time to repair, credit thresholds, and escalation paths matter more than advertised uptime percentages.
Support quality
We factor in real escalation paths: dedicated reps, NOC access, and whether a provider has a track record of resolving issues within SLA windows.
Contract flexibility
Length, early termination clauses, renewal terms, and auto-escalation language. We flag any terms that create risk before you sign.
Fit for your business
No single provider is best for everyone. A 1Gbps cable circuit is right for some; a 100Mbps dedicated fiber circuit with 99.99% SLA is right for others.
Our Office
We work with businesses from single-location small businesses to multi-site enterprise — across every industry and every state.
