What enterprise procurement teams need to know about Fibi — how we are structured, who we work with, how we get paid, and what documentation we can provide.
Fibi is a technology advisory firm and master agent sub-agent operating in the US business telecom market. We help companies with multiple locations evaluate, select, and manage connectivity and communications providers — at no direct cost to the client.
We operate as a sub-agent through established technology services distribution partnerships, which gives our clients access to pricing and carrier options that are typically not available through direct sales channels.
Fibi is incorporated in California. Our office is located at 6005 Vineland Ave Ste 112, North Hollywood, CA 91606.
Our carrier access is provided through a master agent relationship with an established technology services distributor. This gives us the ability to quote across 300+ providers — including major national carriers and regional specialists — within a single advisory engagement.

Carrier availability varies by location and service type. Provider and product lists are not exhaustive. Fibi does not have exclusive agreements with any carrier.
Fibi is compensated through commissions paid by carriers when a client signs a contract through our recommendation. The client does not pay Fibi a fee. Commission rates vary by carrier, product, contract term, and monthly recurring revenue.
We provide written fee disclosure upon request. If your procurement process requires documented commission disclosure before a recommendation is made, we can accommodate that before any carrier quotes or invoice review.
We treat client information — current carrier invoices, contract terms, network architecture, and contact details — as confidential. We do not share client data with carriers without explicit permission.
A mutual NDA is available before any invoice or contract review. If your organization requires an NDA before sharing telecom spend data, we can execute one prior to beginning the analysis.
We do not use client information for marketing purposes. All information shared during the advisory process is used solely to source and evaluate carrier options for that client.
We work with procurement teams regularly. The following documentation is available upon request:
