Because Mosaic is vendor-neutral, the right platform is selected based on the customer's existing infrastructure, security requirements, and cloud strategy — not based on a single vendor relationship.

Mosaic Networks consolidates all services — SD-WAN, carrier circuits, managed networking, private lines, and cybersecurity — under a single Master Service Agreement. Customers deal with one contract, one invoice, and one engineering and NOC team regardless of which underlying carriers or vendors are delivering their services. This simplifies procurement, billing disputes, and escalation paths significantly.

Mosaic Networks can take over NOC management for existing carrier circuits through its global carrier management program. If your business already has circuits from multiple carriers, Mosaic can consolidate their management — including proactive monitoring, outage management, and carrier escalation — under the Mosaic NOC without requiring you to re-contract all services immediately.
